Our editorial process is designed to keep educational content separate from operator promotion and to make important claims traceable.
Research hierarchy
- Current regulator and government sources
- Current operator terms and rulebooks
- Official sports competition rules and statistics sources
- Peer-reviewed or recognised public-health research
- Reputable secondary reporting for context
Writing standards
Articles answer one reader question, define important terms, provide examples, explain limitations and link to related learning. Exact keywords are used only where they fit naturally.
Operator coverage
A licence, brand partnership or corporate statement is described with its source and date. We do not turn a dated record into a permanent claim. Unverified account terms, withdrawal speeds or safety claims are labelled as unconfirmed.
Review and update cycle
Pillar guides and operator research should be checked at least every six months, and sooner when laws, licence dates, terms or product rules change. Each article can display an independent verification date and source note.
Corrections
Material errors are corrected promptly. Significant corrections should include a note explaining what changed and when. Readers can report an issue through the contact page.
Commercial independence
Any affiliate relationship, sponsorship or payment must be clearly disclosed. Commercial arrangements must not control conclusions, safety warnings or licence-status reporting.
Calculations and examples
Naira examples are hypothetical and checked manually. Return is distinguished from profit, and the full possible loss is shown. Examples are not predictions or stake recommendations.
Keyword and search policy
Search phrases such as football bet, basketball bet, sport stake, online casino and online poker are used where they accurately describe the reader’s question. We do not repeat keywords unnaturally, create doorway pages or hide promotional intent.
Use of automation
Automated tools may assist with drafting, formatting or quality checks, but a named human author remains responsible for accuracy, sources, limitations and final publication. Unverified generated claims must not be published.
